Question 1

How does Batch AI Product Image Generation work?

Accepted Answer

Import a spreadsheet of your products (CSV or TSV) or choose an e-commerce preset. ProductViews compiles your product subjects, scenes, and styles while applying global brand lighting and locked seeds across all generations simultaneously via high-speed RunPod Serverless GPU workers.

Question 2

Can I connect my own RunPod Serverless GPU endpoint?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the GPU Settings drawer, you can enter your private RunPod Serverless Endpoint ID and API Key. The credentials are encrypted and stored in your browser local storage, routing generation requests directly through your custom GPU infrastructure.

Question 3

What is included in the exported ZIP archive?

Accepted Answer

You get all generated high-resolution PNGs neatly packaged inside an images/ folder, alongside an index.csv spreadsheet (with exact seeds, prompts, and aspect ratios) and a manifest.json file for effortless catalog ingestion.

Question 4

How does credit billing work for batch generations?

Accepted Answer

Each generated image costs 1 credit. If an upstream GPU worker encounters an error or times out, credits are never lost—failed generations are automatically and immediately refunded to your account balance.
