How does Video Ad generation pricing work?

Each 10-second commercial video costs 16 credits. It runs on the high-fidelity fal.ai MiniMax H3 Max model to preserve your exact product geometry, labels, and lighting without warping.

Do I need an ongoing subscription?

No. Starter ($9), Pro ($19), and Studio ($49) are one-time credit packs with no recurring charges. Studio Monthly ($129 for 1,600 credits) is an optional high-volume plan offering our best per-credit rate ($0.08/credit) for stores launching regular campaigns.

Do credits expire?

One-time packs remain valid for 12 months (365 days). Monthly subscription credits renew every 30 days.

What is the refund and failure policy?

Any failed generation due to provider or network errors is refunded immediately and automatically back to your credit balance. Finished generations are not refundable.
